Objectives of Synergy Nepal (SN):

1. To act as a service-oriented and non-profit NGO.

2. To implement programmes in various sectors; peace, human rights, democracy, good governance, micro-finance and information and communication technologies (ICTs).

3. To enhance the living status of different actors: women, youth, Dalit (untouchable caste), indigenous, ethnicities, minorities and marginalized communities.

4. To raise awareness of community by organizing training and various awareness-raising programmes through information educational materials (IEMs) and the use of information and communication technology (ICT).

5. To produce and publish curriculums, training manuals and information and communication materials, and covert ICT materials into digital format to empower communities and enhance their capacity.

6. To carry out research, social tests, project management and impact studies, among others, while implementing different programmes in the community.

7. To keep contact and coordinate the various international and national organizations to ensure the implementation of community development projects and to seek and provide grants and financial help initiatives. Any assistance from international organizations shall be carried out in accordance with the prevailing laws and rules of the Nepali government.
