The country's youths must be regarded as extremely valuable assets that can generate prosperity for our families, communities and the country. The present time is very crucial since we have just come out of a long and violent and people are looking for innovative and meaningful ways of restructuring society. They need to enrich their intellectual and mental faculties.

Beneficiaries are encouraged to form their own formal and informal groups. Their capacities will be enhanced through trainings on such issues as right to education, social equity, social inclusion, human rights, peace, democracy, etc. They will also be trained in business education, which includes savings, credit and marketing. Synergy Nepal views economic resources and opportunities as a pre-requisite for empowerment of marginalized and socially excluded groups. SN will support them to explore markets, identify successful opportunities, and work more efficiently in bringing about positive changes.

This will help them use their earnings for their own benefit in the short term as well as their long-term career development. Appreciative Planning and Action (APA) is a tool to impart knowledge and to develop plans at the grassroots level by applying positive thinking of 4Ds (Discovery, Dream, Design, and Delivery). The approach may change according to the nature of project implementation and local community development factors.
