Demand Driven: Beneficiaries' demands will be the major driving force to carry out program activities that are determined by situational analysis and needs assessments in potential program areas.

Institutional Development and capacity Building: Eventually, beneficiaries' informal groups will be developed into institutions and create a conductive environment for implementation of projects as well as improve their service delivery capacities.

Mainstreaming Gender and Youths: The program ensures that the participation of women and youth will benefit all activities.

Holistic Approach: The programs will be implemented by integrating and linking other support components.

Marketing Supports and Linkage: The program takes both social and economic marketing support and linkages as an inevitable component.

Support Policy Formulation and Implementation: Suggestions received from reflection meetings and lessons learned will be used as sources for improvement of the policy.
