Chirnjibi Adhikari, Chief District Officer(CDO) of Achham district suggested trainees that whatever they had learnt in the training be taught actively to communities members in villages inaugurating a Master Training Program-‘Strengthening the Role of Civil Society and Women in Promoting Human Rights and Democratic Reforms' in Achham, one of the remote and poorest districts of Nepal.
